Naturopathic Consult
The foundation of every treatment plan in this practice. A naturopathic consult is a thorough, unhurried conversation about what’s going on, what you’d like to address, and the path forward. It combines a complete clinical history with focused physical exam, lab review, and a clear written plan you’ll leave with. This is where good medicine starts — with enough time to actually look at the full picture.
What’s Included
Initial consultations run 60-90 minutes and follow a deliberate structure. Every visit is documented in a clinical chart, and you receive a written summary of the treatment plan.
- Complete Health History — A detailed review of current concerns, past medical history, medications, family history, and lifestyle factors that shape your health.
- Focused Physical Examination — Targeted physical assessment based on the concerns you've raised, including vitals, system-specific exams, and observation.
- Lab Review & Ordering — Interpretation of any existing bloodwork or test results, plus ordering of additional labs where they'll meaningfully inform the plan.
- Written Treatment Plan — A clear, prioritized plan with specific recommendations, timelines, and the reasoning behind each choice.
- Follow-Up Pathway — A defined schedule for follow-up visits and clinical markers we'll use to assess whether the plan is working.
